Make sure your milk stays cool all day long.  Durable and CFC-free, the Peltier cooling principle used in the Cool Control from JURA cools milk to 40° F(25° C).  Once a temperature of 40°  has been reached, the intelligent appliance keeps the milk in the optimum temperature range, which prevents it from freezing but also helps to save energy.

The top quality stainless steel container holds more than one quart and can be easily removed, refilled, cleaned or kept in the fridge.  But the compact Cool Control is not only incredibly functional with its typically JURA design, but it is also the perfect complement to any Impress machine.
